Assiniboine – the indigenous people, who lived in the United States and Canada. Stoney Indians like all the other tribes of the Assiniboine were driven from their lands by U.S. settlers. Most of their culture and way of life can only tell these rare photos.They are closely related to the Dakota Sioux, a fact confirmed by the similarity in language. Assiniboine was given to them by the Ojibwa and means “those who cook with stones,” while Canadian trappers who had observed their cooking methods called them Stonies. The women would heat rocks, and then drop the rocks into kettles of water. The rocks would cause the water to boil, cooking the food.

He became interested in photography four years ago and for such a relatively short time, has already earned the recognition of the general public and took part in several major exhibitions in Paris.Vincent finds inspiration in dreams about fantastic worlds. Slightly muted soft colors, incredible, attractive, fabulous stories, and a sense of wonder, literally spilled on his photos.

Colorful lupine flowers at Lake Tekapo

Lake Tekapo – the second largest of the three, roughly parallel lakes located between the north and south along the northern edge of the Mackenzie Basin in the South Island of New Zealand. Lake – a real photographer’s dream, with the mountains and snow capped peaks, turquoise blue lake and charmingly beautiful little church. Every year from mid-November to December, the beauty enhanced by colorful lupine flowering.

Canadian filmmaker and photographer captures the beautiful relationship between man and wildlife. Colbert is romanticizing man’s relationship with nature, but he wants to share what is possible between humans and animals if we change our thinking. There isn’t a competition or hostility between the species, just understanding.
