There are 1,426 billionaires in the world this year. They are the wealthiest of the wealthy. But only 23 members of this elite list are under 40 years old, with that exciting combination of money and youth.Those 23 have a total of $68 billion between them. Eight come from the technology sector, including four from social networking giant Facebook. Nine come from the United States, the rest from countries abroad. Three are newcomers to the billionaire ranks.

World’s oldest marathon runner Fauja Singh from India has completed a marathon race in Hong Kong.He comleted 10 km race in 1 hour, 32 minutes.Fauja, who had spent most of his life in the Punjab, moved to the UK in the mid-1990s at the age of 84,after his second son, Kuldip, died.Since then, Singh has completed nine 26-mile marathons in London, Toronto and New York. His best time was 5 hours and 40 minutes at the 2003 Toronto marathon.Singh said he planned to retire following the race.

Now he is one of the trustees of the Dalai Lama, and is one of the most respected western followers of religion.He was declared the happiest man on Earth after it was discovered his brain produces a level of gamma waves never before reported in the field of neuroscience.
